ring on the cornea. We diagnosed them as Wilson's disease, and treated them with penicillamin. Wilson's disease could show only psychiatric symptoms without either neurologic or hepatic symptoms at first, and their symptoms frequently developed
after
evident psychosocial stressors. So they used to be misdiagnosed as a functional psychiatric disorder. When atypcial psychiatric symptoms are presented or accompanied by neurologic symptoms, even though subtle or soft neurologic sings. Wilson's
disease
should be considered.
